This website and online store are operated by Sally Browne under the Floriosa name. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Products and artwork
Floriosa sells original artworks, works on paper and limited-edition prints.
I take care to describe and photograph each work accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Original artworks are handmade. Visible brushwork, surface texture and small variations are part of the work and are not considered faults.
Product availability, descriptions and prices may be updated without notice.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Please check your delivery address and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
I may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot reasonably be supplied.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occur through postal services, couriers or customs.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their country.

Returns and damaged orders
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All artwork, photographs, illustrations, text, logos and other material on this website remain the intellectual property of Sally Browne unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Website content and artwork images may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
Personal information
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Floriosa Privacy Policy.
Payments and website services are processed through Shopify and relevant third-party providers.
Website use
You must not use this website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- to interfere with its security or operation
- to copy or exploit its content without permission
- to submit harmful code, spam or misleading information
Errors and availability
Occasionally the website may contain an error relating to a product description, price, availability or shipping information.
I may correct an error, update information or cancel and refund an affected order where necessary.
