Floriosa by Sally Browne

All Floriosa artworks are carefully prepared and packed by the artist (me) in my Sydney studio. Each print is individually printed, inspected, signed and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and ready to frame.


Shipping

Australia

Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

International

International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your country and customs processing times.

If your country isn't available at checkout, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to arrange shipping for you.


Packaging

Your artwork will be carefully packaged using archival materials to protect it during transit.

Prints and works on paper are sealed in a protective clear bag with cardboard backing, then packed in a rigid mailer or art tube to ensure they arrive safely in all weather conditions.

Original Paintings are wrapped in bubblewrap and packed in sturdy shipping boxes with protective corners to ensure safe delivery. I try to recycle packaging materials where possible.

Each order includes a certificate of authenticity.


Limited Edition Prints

Floriosa prints are limited edition fine art prints, not mass-produced posters.

Each print is:

• printed on museum-quality cotton paper
• produced with archival pigment inks
hand signed and numbered by the artist
• released in small editions (usually 50–100 prints)

Keeping editions intentionally small helps ensure that every print remains a genuine collectible work of art.

Once an edition sells out it will not be reprinted.


FAQ

Can I collect my order from your studio?

At the moment I’m not set up for studio visits or collections, so all orders are shipped.


Do prints come framed?

Prints are sold unframed so they can be framed to suit your space.

All prints are produced in standard sizes, making framing simple.


Will my print look exactly like the image online?

Every effort is made to represent colours accurately, however screen settings can vary slightly between devices. Your print will closely match the original artwork.


What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. I will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Returns

Because each print forms part of a limited edition, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact me and I will always do my best to help.
